About
When a stroke happens, it affects everything.
Not just your movement or speech. But the invisible stuff too — your confidence, motivation, and sense of who you are.
I understand how overwhelming life after a stroke can feel. And I know that recovery doesn’t end when you leave hospital.

That’s why I’m here — to offer the ongoing support that many people are left without.
Let’s be honest — the system is stretched.
Stroke services are limited, and once you leave hospital, it can feel like you’re left to fend for yourself.
Meanwhile, strokes are becoming more common, and there simply aren’t enough resources to give every person the tailored, ongoing support they deserve.
That’s where I come in — to fill that gap.
To offer guidance when you need it most, and help you keep making progress when it feels like everyone else has moved on.
What I’ve learned in 20+ years of stroke rehab
I’ve been working with stroke survivors for over two decades, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this:
-
Recovery takes time, and it rarely moves in a straight line.
-
The people who go furthest have a zest for life — and support around them.
-
Small steps matter — even when they don’t feel like much at the time.
I've seen incredible progress in people who never thought they’d get there. And I’ve learned that with the right help, your body and brain are capable of more than you think.

And a little bit about me...
I’m not just about exercises and movement plans (though you’ll get plenty of those!). I’m here to cheer you on, challenge you, and help you believe in what’s possible again.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me:
-
Walking Tilly my bouncy Cavapoo
-
Scooting around the island on my electric bike
-
Enjoying padel tennis as a playful way to stay active and connect with friends.
Movement is my medicine — and I bring that energy into my work. I want to help you get back to the life you want to live.
If you’re thinking, “This sounds like what we need” — let’s chat.
You can ask questions, tell me what’s going on, and we’ll see if I’m the right fit.
