My work is all about helping you move more freely, feel stronger, and reconnect with your confidence and sense of self after a stroke.

1:1 Physiotherapy at Home
  • £150 per session

  • 60 minute session

  • I come to you

We begin by getting to know you—your medical history, current movement, goals, and what matters most. I’ll assess your movement and create tailored exercises that focus on everyday activities and meaningful progress.

  • Weekly or twice-weekly sessions

  • Many people notice improvements within four sessions

  • Some clients work with me for a couple of months, others longer — we continue for as long as the support works for you
     

Small Group Physio

Support after stroke shouldn’t be out of reach.

If 1:1 sessions aren’t possible right now, you’re not alone. Once discharged, many stroke survivors are left with few affordable options - which is why I offer small group physiotherapy.

These sessions make stroke recovery more accessible while still offering professional guidance and encouragement.
Sessions can take place at home, in residential settings, community spaces—or even outdoors if the weather allows.
